🍸 Salvation Bar
We’re kicking off this journey through South Bend’s Cocktail Bars with the newest addition: Salvation!
Located at 510 S. Main St., next to the new Momentum Entrepreneurship Hub, Salvation, as Nate said in his video review: “[My drink] was one of the smoothest drinks I ever had...” Check out the full review HERE ✨
Aesthetic
If you’re looking for a hidden gem of a bar with soft, moody lighting, old jazz, and classy vibes, this is definitely you’re spot!
Audience
So far, I’ve been here several times already with big groups and small, and it works well for both! If you’re planning on a big group (more than 5-7), definitely recommend heading up the stairs and pushing the tables on the mezzanine together, OR get there early and grab the table / booth combo in the corner of the bar!
Either way, this place is perfect for your next girls’ (or guys!) night or a cozy date night😉
Affordability
At Salvation, your average cocktail might run $10-15, BUT Salvation has specialty happy hours Tuesday - Thursday, 4 - 7 pm. Whatever’s on special ranges $7-10. So, if you’re a baller on a budget, Salvation has something for you!
French 75 Review
Now, I’m no French 75 connoisseur… but I must admit, Salvation’s version was as smooth as the jazz playing through the speakers. With a little bit of tang from the lemon and a smooth finish, I give Salvation a 75 out of 75 (get it?)
